As a 2023 LUXE Red award winner for Landscape/Outdoor designed by Krent Wieland Design in conjunction with Paskoski Construction, this waterfront Fort Lauderdale property was designed with guests, entertainment and energy in mind. This tropical paradise allows the homeowners the opportunity to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of marine life without leaving the comfort of their own home. The indoor space features a 5,000 gallon salt water tank along with a two story water feature. The outdoor space centers around an island encircled by a decorative water feature. A sunken conversation area and cantilevered pergola for live entertainment add to the energetic atmosphere.
