Winner of the 2020 Luxe Red Award for Landscape Design/Outdoor Rooms by Krent Wieland Design in conjunction with Paskoski Construction, this "Party Pavillion" was created to bring people together. This entertainment area on the intracoastal waterway estate features a large bar pavilion, a dining pavilion, a catering kitchen with a gym and an artist studio above.
